Played live on the 3rd April 2026 - Good Friday.
At this time of Eostre we celebrate a new dawn, an awakening, a rebirthing, a resurrection; a fresh resurgence of energy; of love and hope.
The wishes and intentions we planted into the dark soil over the winter start to appear and take shape in our lives; giving clarity about the steps we are to take.
Alongside this, challenges or blockages that lay dormant in the darker months, can appear in our path, as the light illuminates and brings its revelations.
We see this in the outer world too, illusions falling away, as truth is revealed.
So I invite you to dance with your wishes and your challenges, and let the truth of your Soul resurge and be revealed.

At this time, the outside world is cold and dreary, with SO much rain, and everything is looking a little bleak.
But we can be reassured that beneath the ground, Mother Earth is hard at work, pouring energy into the seeds and intentions that have been nestled and germinating in her dark soil all winter.
Around Imbolc, the shoots of these seeds begin to sprout. When we tune into the Earth, the promise of Spring can be felt just beneath our feet.
And when we tune into our inner world, we can feel the promise of our intentions beginning to come forth into the world.
I offer this dance as a way of collectively sending our light and energy into the ground, to shake and stir the soil and the seeds, to help the Earth to breathe.
And to shake and stir your Soul, to help it to breathe.
Imbolc Edition

As we await the return of the outer light, we can turn our attention to our inner light, shedding all that dims it or distracts us from it.
This mix is an opportunity to shake off any tension held in the body and clear any blocks held in the mind, as we traverse the longest and darkest nights of the year.
In the darkness, truth is not seen; instead, it is felt and intuited. It speaks through feeling and sensing, through sound and resonance.
In its depths of stillness and peace, we can plant our seeds of light; our intentions and wishes. And from the darkness of the mud, they can begin to take root.
